Is my customer data private?
Yes. Every document, contract and invoice is stored in your own isolated workspace with row level security. Only you can read or edit your records.
Do I have to use the signature flow?
No. Each module works standalone. Create an offer without sending it, generate an invoice without a prior document, or run the full chain. Your call.
Is the Swiss QR bill compliant?
The invoice layout already reserves the official 210 x 105 mm QR section. Full SIX compliant QR code generation ships in the next release.
Can I use my own sending domain later?
Yes. Today emails go out from the platform default address. The system is built around a swappable FROM address, so we can flip you to your own verified domain when it is ready.
Do you support TWINT?
Not in v1. TWINT payment links and reconciliation are on the roadmap, alongside Stripe and direct bank import.
What about teams?
CloseLoop is built for solopreneurs in v1. Multi seat workspaces with roles arrive once the core flow is rock solid.
